Our mission is to help people to live more independent and happy lives, through a programme of discovering new skills and interests, supporting individuals in the community in homes they may already rent or own. We support adults with Learning difficulties, Severe physical disabilities, Autistic spectrum conditions, Complex needs and Mental health problems.

Our supported living services have been adapted and use equipment to help people to live as independently as possible. We are here to offer personal support to help you with things like getting dressed. We can also help you around the home, such as cooking a meal. We also offer support to go out in the community or to do your favourite hobbies.
